Q. Where can I find my Customer id?

Customer ID is the unique identification number assigned to every customer by his/her service provider and this should be handy, when you make payments/complaints. You can find your 10-digit Customer ID on your bill/receipt. If you can’t find kindly contact to your service provider.

Q. What is vc number, Where can i find that ?

VC number is the unique identification number printed on the reverse of your smart card inserted in your setup box (e.g. 12345678XXX)

Q. What is stb number?

STB no is the unique identification number printed on the reverse/back of setup box (e.g. 87963ABSXXXX)

Q. Search result is not showing with any provided options, where should I contact?

Make sure your customer id right, if you can’t find any search result with any options then contact your area’s cable tv provider to verify your account details.

Q. Where can i purchase a new remote-control device?

Additional remote-control devices will be available at the Local Cable Operator office. Kindly refer to the Helpline nos. on your STB or refer to the Contacts section. We can provide a Universal Remote through which you can control your STB and TV from a single device.

Q. I have misplaced/lost the viewing card? What should i do?

Get in touch with your Local cable operator and they will swap or replace the same. Applicable charges will be levied for the same.

Q. Will I get a copy of my bill / statement?

You will get a bill on email or SMS for each payment you made or Simply Login with your user UD and password http://www.payfastindia.com  and click on my account section.

Q. What if I enter an invalid Customer ID while doing the recharge?

Your account will be debited by entered value immediately. If you have entered an invalid Subscriber's ID while doing recharge, the amount will be credited back to your account within 72 hours.

Q. How can I book broadband connection online ?

Q. Can’t find my service provider in operator list?

If your Internet service provider is not list in operator list then select search operator option and start searching result with provided options. If you don’t have customer id then raise an enquiry to us we will help you to get a customer id for your Internet Connection.

Customer id starts with 3 and is 10 digits long. To locate it, press the menu button on remote

Dish tv
Your viewing card (VC) number starts with 0 and is 11 digits long. To locate it, press the home button on remote

Sun Direct
Smart card number starts 11 digits long. To locate it, look at the rear of the card inserted in your set top box,

Denominations available for Sun direct E- recharge are:
10, 25, 40, 100, 143, 159, 160, 180, 199, 200, 300, 399, 400, 449, 500, 655, 780, 999, 1000, 1499.

Reliance Digital
Smart card number starts with 2 and is 12 digits long. To locate it, look at the rear of the card inserted in your set top box

Tata Sky
Subscriber ID starts with 1 and is 10 digits long. To locate it, press the home button on remote. Please input Subscriber ID if your mobile number is associated with multiple Subscriber ID

Videocon
To get it, sms 'ID' to 9212012299 from your registered mobile no or press the home button on remote.

 

Q. What should I do if recharge is not done?

Wait for 5 minutes after the payment is successfully done. If your device is still not recharged then go to our support system and register a complaint. We will respond to it as soon as possible.

Q. What if I recharge a wrong Subscriber's ID?

In case, a wrong Subscriber's ID has been recharged due to wrong entry done by you, the amount will not be credited back to your account. You have to be careful while entering the beneficiary Subscriber's ID for recharge.

Q. If I am travelling out of the country can I recharge my account from there?

Yes, even while travelling abroad you can recharge your account and ensure your family back home in India is entertained.

Q. Payment deducted from my account but recharge is not done?

You will get a response message with recharge status, if your recharge fails and amount deducted from your card/account then you will get the refund as per our refund policy.

Q. What if I recharge a wrong Subscriber's ID?

In case, a wrong Subscriber's ID has been recharged due to wrong entry done by you, the amount will not be credited back to your account. You have to be careful while entering the beneficiary Subscriber's ID for recharge.

Q.Does the recharge happen immediately?

Yes. You get your recharge immediately. As soon as payment is made, you will be taken to an appropriate page based on transaction status, you will also get a confirmation mail and a recharge message from your service provider after a successful recharge. Generally, it takes less than 10 seconds for the transaction to complete.

Q. Can I recharge for my friends, family and co-workers?

Absolutely. You can recharge for anyone you know using the same account. You just need to know the device number and service to make a successful recharge.

Q. Is it safe to recharge online?

Absolutely. All the transactions are executed securely and no critical information regarding your payment is ever accessible by any third party.

Q. Should I enter contact details on payment gateway page ?

By default, we will fill your registered email id and mobile number on payment gateway page. If that is incorrect please enter your correct Mobile number and email on the payment gateway details section as this is the number email on which Refund details are sent by the Payment gateway in case a refund is done.

Q. How to take refund of failed recharges in my bank?

You will get the refund for failed recharges automatically in your bank account/credit card, if you don’t get refund for failed recharge then to get the refund you are required to forward the request to support@payfastindia.com in within 24 hrs of payment. Mention your reference number, transaction ID, Payment ID, Date of Payment and Amount Paid.

SRSMP is available on Android and Windows Platforms versons. Android: KitKat (4.4x) onwards; iOS is coming soon.

Q. How can I start using SRSMP ?

First you have to sign up for start using SRSMP after signup our technical team will contact you and describe further procedure to use SRSMP.

Q. Showing SRSMP Account not activated?

Thanks for signup, until you have completed all procedure to start using SRSMP your account will be in de-activated mode.

Q. How many users I can create in SRSMP?

You can create unlimited users with restricted access permission facility. You can decide what other users can see on your SRSMP account

Q. Can in change my user’s credentials?

Yes, you can change users profile under your account anytime but this facility is allowed through in logged section only.

Q. I have customized my srsmp portal but it’s not updating?

This may happen because of old cache, you can clear your cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del, then press Ctrl+Shift+R. If you still see old logos you can use integrated support system or contact us on support@payfastindia.com

Q. What is I deleted my customer list by mistake, Do I restore my customer list?

Before deleting any customer, system will ask for your permission, if you deleted any customer by mistake then use our integrated support system or contact support@payfastindia.com to restore customer data.

Q. What should I do If my SRSMP account login gets disabled, where should I contact?

You can call our Customer Care numbers mentioned in contact section or to the respective account manager or email us on support@payfastindia.com
